Thanks to Bob for getting me and my 6 year old home safely today, with our dead Land Rover on his flatbed! Not only was he prompt and courteous, he let my little guy "help" with getting our truck loaded. What could have been a stressful event turned into a memorable experience!

Can't thank these people enough! My husband and I were on our honeymoon with a rental car and discovered 2 tires were dry rotted and no longer manufactured they were that old. Charlene in the office and ray the owner professionally dealt with the rental car people for us and got us back on the road! All very personable and made us feel like family, thank you!

The Staff at Pugh's went the extra mile to help me out with my car!!!!! Had to get a MD emissions test on an 18 yr old car and worked w/me to accomplish this!!!!!

We were on vacation in Kill Devil Hills and something came loose or unbolted under my fender well. I stopped here and this nice fella with blowfish hair came out and took care of the problem right away. Really appreciated it!!!!

Got towed in at 3am. Had my Yukon back by noon. Price of repair was what i had expected going in. Very helpful and friendly. Was kept informed what was going on the whole time of repair. Thanks for getting us back on the road to enjoy our vacation.
